Better UX, product and development velocity via a modern, scalable design system
I created a modern, scalable design system for an existing web platform. As product manager, I led discovery and ensured the new system met customer and user needs. Additionally, I acted as design lead, responsible for all aspects of design, from color palette and typography to UI components and design principles. The project was a success, receiving positive feedback from customers, increasing development and design velocity, and improving usability of the user interface.
